Bryce has dedicated nearly his entire professional life to the art and science of event creation. After studying event planning at the University of Richmond, he stepped into the industry early. He immersed himself in every facet, from boutique weddings and nonprofit galas to large-scale festivals, corporate events, and community-focused events across the region.
Over the years, Bryce has become known for his elevated design sensibility and his ability to bring structure, warmth, and intention to even the most ambitious productions. Her career has spanned nonprofit events, donor engagement, corporate marketing, experiential activations, and wedding planning, giving her a multifaceted understanding of how people connect, celebrate, and experience moments that matter.
With an academic foundation that includes a degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Richmond, she combines intellectual rigor with creative sensitivity. Caroline naturally sees the big picture while managing the smallest details, translating complex visions into clear, actionable plans.
